Placing an order
Our website is designed to help you through the purchasing process. You can order your product online and you will receive an automatic order confirmation email. By placing your order online you agree to the following terms.
Undeliverable Countries
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship our products to the following countries: Spain, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Germany, Sweden and Austria.

Our International delivery service
Shipments take 7 working days to most International Countries.
Order Cancellation & Returns
Goods may be returned only if the item has not been opened within 30 working days of the date of receipt by you of the goods.
The cost of the return delivery charge under these circumstances is to be paid directly by the customer.
Please contact us if you wish to return an item or cancel an order.
We will then provide you with authorisation before parcel you return the item to us.
All goods must be returned in an ‘as new’ condition complete with packaging and all accessories. Where goods are returned in accordance with this provision, we will happily reimburse any money already paid by you, excluding any delivery costs incurred by us.
We are unable to accept returns of any used item for refund.
We will usually refund you what you paid for the goods but not the delivery charges, except in cases where the order was cancelled under the UK Distance Selling Regulations 2000 Notice.
We strongly recommend that you return your package by recorded delivery. We will refund you within 7 working days. These provisions do not affect your statutory rights.
